If you don't have access to the paid programs, paint.net works well, so does GIMP.

You could crack, or even download "Unlocked" programs, such as Jasc Photoshop, Paintshop pro, and some others. It just requires knowing how to use a torrent. (Which is honestly easy as hell, anybody can do it xd most of us here do.)

256 colors is always the max colors, Offical Graal supports 8 million xd but we only have 256. o: Can't do much about it until the future maybe.

So if I want to create a body or a head I will set it to 256 colors if I want it work online :0 ?
